Title: Dreadful Longing
Rating: R-ish

Author's note: It's been a busy, busy summer, and I haven't had much time for fannish things. But I was browsing the prompts for the Porn Battle XII and inspiration unexpectedly struck. ( Read more... )

I love that Red is a strong character in spite of her inexperience. As florencia7 said, mesmerizing. Whenever you send me fic to look over for you, it's such a thrill because I know it will be something amazing. This fulfilled my expectations in spades, dark, evocative, and very sexy.

You have me blushing over here, my dear. I'm so happy you feel that way and so grateful for the fact that you're okay with reading whichever weird fandom it is I dabble in. Thank you, truly. *hugs*

Absolutely stunning. Both characters burn on the page.

I was a bit worried the characters wouldn't come across too well in something this short, but if they burn on the page, I couldn't be more delighted :-)

I really love that cover for Master of Crows, btw, it's gorgeous!

Did anyone see the Red Rding Hood movie released a while ago? It was visually breathtaking, but a bit too teen orientated which isn't surprising as it was written or directed by someone responsible for Twilight. This was like watching that movie but redone for adults. A lot of people don't realise that the original fairy tales were very dark and mature and nothing like the sanitised versions produced by the Victorians. This was a rare treat of a story - more please!

And Honorat you are a lovely artist and a very brave one as well.

I saw Red Riding Hood, but oh, the silliness, no pretty images could quite make up for that. They could have made a much better movie and still kept it teen-oriented, I think.

Thanks so much för reading and commenting on this odd little piece :-) I'm very glad you enjoyed it!
