When the new Star Trek movie came out I went to see it and thought it was a terrific summer movie (except for some gender issues that made me cranky), and didn't think much more about it than that. There have been a surprising number of awesome vids to the new Trek movie, despite the blurry camcorder source. My favourite is probably the one set to the Glee version of "Don't Stop Believin'", which is my go-to happy place these days. I'd love to see your take on the fandom, especially if you plan on throwing some TOS bits to it!
