You are a great person, a little too analytical sometimes, but not to a fault. You're a fun person to talk to and from what I have experience, a god friend. You should stop trying to accept/deny any kind of relationship and just let them come to you. Though I know from my own personality that it's hard to be cautious without being paranoid. Take a deep breath and drink some tea (I recommend earl grey or chai. Try milk and honey in either for something equally yummy. Other nick likes loose black chinese tea, so you could try that too) Nothing is more calming than a good drink of tea.
