I am very, very, very angry with Earthlink right now. We didn't have Internet access for a day and a half - not because the service was down on their end, but because (apparently) something in our modem got corrupted and needed to be reset (in a way I'd never had to do before, or I'd have just done it myself), and it took phone calls with FOUR tech

People are always mailing in their tales of woe with CSRs. My current favorite is the person who bought the $1000 GLASS table allegedly graded to withstand a 50 inch plasma tv up to 250lb. Needless to say, the guy now has some very expensive glass shards...
