You know trying to live your life more positively isn't really as hard as it seems. However it feels outstandingly hard when almost all the time you've had a negative energy and lived in the negative. I've been trying to not care about things as much and let them get to me. So oh my gosh you guys, I weighed myself today out of boredom. I weigh 196.6 lbs!!! I'm down 4 lbs from the last update I had found here. So this could be due to quite a few things, but to be honest I don't even know how. All I could think is it's because Im eating healthier and I'm eating a lot less junk food.
