Surprise, surprise. The seller said she would be coming today to get the stuff she put in mom's trailer, and low and behold she did. She still has her horses here, but they're supposed to be gone next week. She's also going to take her hay, but that's okay, because we're going to feed the horses REALLY generously this week. Thanks. It's MUCH better now that mom's trailer is empty and we can start assessing and working. Still have no office, but electric engineer coming out to see about getting me a separate meter and running some electric service to it (the house isn't strong enough to power two office buildings). Might make an Arkansas run later in the week to go to Mountain Home for home depot and to get building supplies.
