This tutorial works better with light-ish images
Other examples:
Firstly duplicate your base set it to screen at 50%
Duplicate your base again and set to softlight at 100%
Make a hue/saturation/master and set the Sat to +50
Make a fill layer and fill with #2fbefd set to softlight at 100%
Make another fill layer with the same color as above but this time set to exclusion at 8% (this depends on your image just play around with it)
