Alex called me at work (because I work in a factory she can only do this in dire emergencies) to come take her to the doctor. She woke up this morning with severe pains of a type she hadn't been having. We had to wait for four hours for the doctor to squeeze us in, and then he sent us to the hospital for a sonogram and blood work. The hospital told

Sounds like she'll be fine. From what I've heard that kind of post operative gas can hurt like something far worse. Here's hoping the pain is all gone not to return when she wakes.
