I've never seen that godamn musical Rent everyone seems to have seen, but if it could give me tips on how to kill an evil landlord then I'd watch it. Does it?

WTF $85 per room?! How is that fair?? Hiyori just moved out and now Gin and I have to pay for an empty, unused room. Would anyone like to move into the now empty room? Hiyori kept it ( Read more... )

Sounds like a plan. I don't think I've had my hands on a Super Soaker since I was like five.... I may have even gotten one as a Christmas gift.

Getting people wet is fun.

Maybe we could figure out a way to steal that stupid hat he's so attached to. Or his cane. He uses a cane and I don't even think he's handicapped.

I work a night job, and the fact that someone was in my apartment when I wasn't there kind of freaked me out.

As to dealing with landlords, that musical didn't give much good advice except... not paying. And maybe pushing his dog out a window on the twenty-third story of a building, if at all possible.

Being in the apartment would have been worse. I mean, what if he comes in while we're showering to watch us? What if he has hidden cameras in our rooms to monitor us?!

Let's throw him out of a window. Our complex isn't that high, so the fall might not kill him, but it would at least hurt like hell.

If that were the case, we could sue for invasion of privacy. Which doesn't sound like a bad idea as it is.

Throwing him out a window doesn't sound bad, but we'd have to find the guy first.

I've got some spare cash, so I'll cover whatever you can't of the extra room until we find someone to fill it.

I've never actually met the landlord...

As far as Rent goes, we can A. Hold a protest/roit. B. Kill his dog. or C. Tell his wife about the hooker.

That's really generous of you, thanks.

I think I've only seen him once. He was passing by in the hallway and was staring at me under that ugly striped hat. I couldn't see his eyes, but I just knew he was staring at me. ::shivers::

Hm... a protest/riot doesn't sound like a bad idea. If we all refused to pay the rent, what could he do about it? But who in this building would be able to gather enough people for it?

You do not wish to meet the landlord. Unless you happen to be good at punching.
