Henry should have been doing his homework. His heart just wasn't in it, though.
Strange things had happened to the people of Fandom High yesterday, but Henry knew what had happened to him. He'd become some warped version of his future self. In some insane future where he lost control of the experiment, where Edward had taken over. Edward was a hulking monster, and yesterday alone had gotten into two fights and nearly attacked Setsuna.
Henry sat on his bed and hugged his knees, lost deep in thought. This new, obscenely violent streak in Edward should have come as a surprise. But that future self had harbored some memories of his past, and thus Henry's possible future. In these memories, Edward did unspeakable things, crimes that Henry wouldn't have been able to imagine.
Henry was learning his harshest lesson: Edward Hyde was not a toy. From now on, he had to take more precautions with his experiment.
