YAY!! Rose has a big gun!! Why am I so excited about that?

This is going to be fantastic!

I hear rumors of fandom bitching about the big gun, but I love badass Rose already! And the Doctor will have an interesting reaction, I'm sure...

I love how excited he is! Oh DT, how you can make a simple "yeah" communicate a whole world of emotion. <333

The fandom is going to bitch. That's just how it goes. *le sigh*

He looked so happy when he replied to Donna! YAY for happy Ten! *cuddles him*

Oh, the "yeah." *whimper* I'm looking forward to more Rose, except it will reduce the amount of Donna we get. This was much less spoiler-y than I was afraid of, though I'm sure I'll watch it again in a couple of months and be shocked at all the stuff they gave away.

Yeah, I tend not to be too avoidant of any "officially sanctioned" spoilage--I really avoid all the rumors and script leaks and stuff. I just don't want to know. If I were the type to sift through the entire trailer and make caps, I'm sure I'd pick up on more, but as far as this goes...it's just delicious.

Doesn't it look amazing? that one shot where the Doctor looks like he's in absolutely abject terror is like -whoa-; and, TARDIS on fire!! it looks like a big nightmare!

I'm presuming these are not all from the upcoming two-parter; which seems to suggest that the two-parter is a stand-alone but also thematically sets up stuff coming up later ("the darkness is coming" riff seems to apply to more than whatever's in the library).

and I -like- badass Rose; anyone who says nay can go...something, meh.

Yeah, it definitely looks like some are from beyond the two-parter. I know some folks are doing caps and more in-depth analysis, but I personally like to just enjoy the trailer as-is and not deliberately spoil myself more than is intended. The anticipation is so brilliant. :) I'll just enjoy it.

My first thought is that the Doctor will have an *interesting* reaction to this--but as DT pointed out in the confidential for the Doctor's Daughter, the Doctor does have a whole set of double standards when it comes to violence...and this is Rose we're talking about.

Whatever it is, it'll be good.

Hey, -someone- has to sometimes; and he seemed fine with Jack and/or Mickey doing the dirty work...

more interesting to me would be: well, a) the Doctor reuniting with Jenny, which one presumes is in the works for sometime or they wouldn't have let her live b) "Rose, Jenny. Jenny, Rose."
