Please, for god's sake Rusty, don't make her go crazy for him too. Much, *much* love to Rose, Martha, Jack, and the Master, but the Doctor rather desperately needs to associate with at least one person who isn't trying to kill him, boink him, or both.

Haha indeed! Sounds like they're going the "friendship" route--the official press coverage for S4 seems to be making that pretty clear. DT and CT have said so in interviews, at least, so here's hoping that's the case. Seems to be the setup. ::fingers crossed::
