While as fun as a trip is, there is always something wonderful about being home again. Just wish the first thing I had to deal with wasn't finding the one fire alarm that had the low battery and was making the annoying beeping sound. (gawd damn....how many DO I have in this house!!!)

Yes, I do. And it kept going off in my back pack on the flight home. I wish I did get another one...it's so awesome I will have to take it to cons now.

I nearly cried when getting into my jeep at the airport. I can now get places without walking!

Heh, I have seven damn fire alarms in my house, so I replace all of them when one of them starts beeping. Such the pain. But your story reminds me of the day I left for Yaoi Con and one of the damn light bulbs for my main light went out. I had to replace it since I do both bulbs at the same time and it'd be my luck to come home post-Ycon and have the second one die. The problem - this is an overhead fan that's about fifteen feet up on a vaulted ceiling. I'm a firm believer that my death will arrive from changing a light bulb one day. That or saran wrap.

When I was packing shit up though I noticed one of the badges you did for me was wrong lol. I asked for a Cloud and Rufus badge but when I looked it was Rufus and Reno. I was like like...crap... and your not here. x.x Kinda should've looked when you gave them to me, but I guess I was just not paying attention and shoved them just into my pocket when you gave them to me and only just noticed now when packing, blah.

Miss your spiky ass though. Had a last night in the pool yesterday and a random left over bishie came over and got in the pool with us. Even left his underwear behind at the pool for the hotel, was kinda funny.
