Thank you all for the hard work! :)

I'd love to offer graphics again in any upcoming round!

Oh and small question, is there a place for offerers to post what they did for the auction on the community?

hi! unfortunately, due the sheer number of participants in this community, we will not be hosting the offerers' works here. please discuss with your winning bidder(s) whether to keep your work publicly or privately available, and -- if publicly available -- to which relevant journals/comms you may post your work. :)

hope that helps!

Thank you for your answer! :)

And the arts were completed last week and already posted (as discussed between my winning bidder).

Hoping there will be both a lightning round as well as a regular round!

I'm currently planning on participating by bidding and promoting on my LJ as well as offer but I'm not sure about offering as there are some difficulties in my personal life right now that's causing me and my parents a great deal of stress.

I will definitely get my offers from the first round done, however, as I did specify a June 30th deadline in the original threads and I am making good headway on all of them :)

For the whole 'not donated' problem, what should I do if we did come into contact (read: I confirmed with her that she won and she agreed to pay but didn't have my email. I told her where she could get my email, then she apparently dropped off the face of the earth.) but then correspondence disappeared?

hi! if it has been over one week from the date of your last correspondence, please do PM the mods (with a link to your offer thread) and we will try to resolve the issue. we will then follow the three-day rule from that point, if that is what you choose.

I have a question. Again. ;)
My donation was made on the 2nd already, but I have yet to recieve my reciept. They do not send it out via email and, well. German post service. *sets on fire* What should I do if it got lost and they won't send out a copy? They already seemed, eh, peeved, to have to send out a reciept for a 16 €-donation as it is, and I don't know if they'd do it again.

Which also means that I haven't contacted the two offerers whose work I won yet, what with not having proof of the donation yet. They haven't contacted me yet either, but I'm not too worried about them not delivering, they're both on my flist.

hi! do you have any other documentation on hand (e.g. "thank you for your donation" webpage screenshot for online donation)?

Nope. I donated via bank transfer, so there's my bank data, but showing any of that to someone I only know online, even if it's blanked out, would be a last resort.

we will not pressure you to show your bank data (even blanked out), as it is private and should remain that way. however, if no proof of donation can be provided here, then we will not be able to log your donation amount as part of the grand total. (though we will make a note in our transaction spreadsheets.)

our apologies!

I put in offer, but I'd do all. Also, sorry if my confirmations are late coming in, I'm handicapped and had quite a few people to contact. On that same note, most the people won my auctions know it will take me a while to complete them as I tried to state that in all my offers, but they will get done. So no pinch hitters needed.
