regarding a public list of defaulters, we understand your concern. unfortunately, the sheer amount of participants in this community means that we cannot follow up with all offerers to confirm fulfillment. the terms of the offer remain between the offerer and the winning bidder(s), though we will do our utmost to resolve any conflicts.

I'm hoping maybe a mod email might unearth some contact... again my apologies for lateness and thanks for any help you can offer.

I've been hesitating to comment on a similar issue with offers that were never delivered. Same story though, after the pinch hitter post, both of these offerers stopped replying to me. I have been emailing, pm-ing them to no avail. I know for a fact that both of them are actively checking LJ because of their latest posts dates, even if the journals are locked.
I understand the mods can't do much at this late stage, except to PM and try to get a response.
I was hoping there would be a list put up, with these offeres, just to warn people.
I tried posting one request in the pinch-hitter post, and didn't get an offer on it, so I'm not expecting anyone to pick up the other two.
The first was here, by butterflythread. I still have LJ's notification of the thread, so it's not a big deal that it's deleted now. $41
the other by pink_thunder17 is here. $20

i'm afraid that all we can do is contact them via PM, but we'd be more than happy to try! we'll get on that right away and let you know if they respond.
we're terribly sorry to hear that your auction experience has been a negative one. re: list of unresponsive offerers --> unfortunately, the terms of the offers remain between the offerers and the bidders themselves, so such a list will not be forthcoming. our apologies!

My frustration got the better of me. I completely understand about the list, no apology necessary.
Thank you.
