I'm not sure which person is the winner. Is it the last person that commented on 11:59am with the highest bid? The last person to comment on 12:00pm noon with the highest bid? Or the last person to comment before screening?

That's the same question that I want to ask - if bidding at 12.00 is countable, since my computer and net connection decided that they hated me and took long minutes to process my reply and posted it at 12.00?
