Donation Confirmation Station
All Offerors whose works/gifts/misc were bid on (other than Lighting Round or Requests) - this post is for you!
The Winning Bidder on your item(s) will confirm their donation by notifying the help_haiti mods at helphaiti.lj at gmail.com, or by notifying you as explained here.
If they confirm their donation to the help_haiti mods, the Offeror doesn't have to do anything here. A help_haiti mod will get in touch with you to let you know that the donation's been confirmed. We hope to get all notifications out within 48 hours.
If they confirm their donation to you, the Offeror, you need to reply to this post using the template provided below, so we can keep track of the donation. If you had more than one item up for auction, please use a separate template for each item; you can put multiple templates into one post.
ETA: If your bidder ended up donating more specifically for your offer, could you leave a note to that effect? Otherwise we will wonder whether it is a lump sum for several offers. Thank you!
