I can make that! Examples of my work can be found here (a Demon's Lexicon talisman) and here (some jewelry).

Though, it'd be a more accurate replica if you could point me to a better picture/clip of it. That way, if I can't find similar charms at the craft store, I'll be able to fabricate them from polymer clay.
