Good on ya for the workout. When you're getting back up to speed I'd especially recommend doing various exercises for cardio... elliptical, recumbent bike, fast walking on a track or treadmill and such. This will give you some variety and make it so you "spread around the soreness" in smaller doses to different muscles.
Girl, you've got nothing on me. I had to participate in ONE dance with my daughter at her school yesterday, granted it included hunching down and standing up a lot, (don't ask me, some weird dance obviously designed to make fat old mothers look silly) and today my thighs are aching! It was only about 5 minutes! Damn, I'm out of shape. *sighs*
