I had a very fun day today. I got up this morning and headed on down to Carpenter Nature Center in Hastings to join the other Sharon, aka Birdchick, in bird banding

That sounds like an awesome trip for the monkeys! They've been enjoying our nesting house finches. And a pair of Goldfinches even came to visit!

Oh, I wish I lived by you.....to have someone to go nonviolent bird hunting would be so cool........
