Oh I love this! I love the three-part structure, and the characterisation and the description, and the sex was so HOT. Then, just when I was loving it so much, you gave it a totally sad ending. So now I love it even more. Wow!

I'm with you: I sincerely hope that they wise up when they're older. In general, I say that they do, though in the alt. universe for this story there's a good chance of longing glances forevermore- poor fools.

Honestly, I hadn't planned the ending to be so utterly angsty. Originally, it was more of a wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am, sort of a thing. Whutdaya know? I think this is better, and I'm happy you enjoyed reading it.

Oh you sneaky, sneaky woman. See, I was happily reading along, enjoying the sexy smut and then WHAM! you hit me with emotions and turmoil and it turns out that this fic is rather more than a steamy PWP! Still, optimist that I am, I rather think that, given time... say after DH and the war, the both might see things a little differently. And hopefully Oliver will still get the chance to tell Percy he loves him!

The more I read your writing the more I like the little details you include that make the story seem so well rounded. For instance, the bit I loved was Percy tracing his name in Oliver's skin. What a lovely little visual! Excellent job Briona!!!

You're gonna make me blush with compliments like that :P. I'm so happy that you picked out that particular detail, though! When I actually sat down to write the thing ("Okay. PWP. PWP...Um. Okay. Sex...Right."), Percy 'writing' his name on Oliver was one of the first visuals that came to mind, and I was particularly attached to it when I put it in the story. Yay for you liking it!
