Eric couldn't remember the last time he'd had a headache, but he certainly had one now. After being incredibly miserable smelling whatever slop it was that they were serving for dinner, the vampire had been shocked into unconciousness by the damn collar around his neck. He remembered nothing of what happened, and found himself awake in his cell what he assumed was about an hour later.
The door to his cell was apparently already unlocked as he pulled himself to his feet. The guards had rather unceremoniously dumped him on the stone floor, and Eric was fortunate to not be physically soft enough to care.
Grumbling a few obscenities to himself in a myriad of languages, Eric pushed his cell door open and headed out into the evening.
