Ridiculous name, I admit, but I need titles that are easy to search based on what I see. This blue shirt is similar to some of Dean’s carharrt shirts of the past, only the breast pockets still have a button, even though they don’t have a flap.

In Nihilism (14x10), Dean wears this while in a dream - which technically doesn’t qualify it for this catalogue, but I’m including it anyway because he wears it in reality later in the season.
In Ouroboros (14x14), this MIGHT be the shirt that Dean wears at the end of the episode when they fight the monster.
In Game Night (14x17), Dean wears this shirt for the entire episode.
In Absence (14x18), Dean continues to wear this shirt for the entire episode.
