Dean's Green Coat with Sleeve Pocket
It’s easy upon first glance to confuse this coat with Dean’s Lightweight Green Coat; however, this coat not only has a pocket on the left sleeve, it also does up with both buttons and a zipper. It’s basically exactly like Dean’s ruined Blue Coat with Sleeve Pocket, only it’s green.

APPEARANCES:
In After School Special (4x13), Dean wears it for the entirety of the “present” in the episode, except when he is inside the school wearing this gym-teacher disguise.
In Abandon All Hope (5x10), Dean wears it from the beginning of the episode until their failed attempt to kill Lucifer. He only takes it off while inside Bobby’s house.
In The Song Remains The Same (5x13), Dean puts it on right before Castiel sends him back in time. He wears it for the duration of his time in 1978, only taking it off once Michael returns him to 2010.
In You Can’t Handle the Truth (6x06), Dean wears this coat thorough the episode, but not constantly: He wears it at the beginning of the episode when he talks to Bobby on the phone; he wears it to check out the dentist’s office; he wears it to the bar, where he asks for the truth, and then to meet Sam; he wears it when they go to the television station to steal footage of the goddess; and finally he wears it when they go to the goddess’ house to kill her.
In Caged Heat (6x09), Dean wears this coat for the whole episode. He only has it off when Sam comes into the house with Castiel, and when he and Sam are researching and Castiel is watching porn.
In The Man Who Knew Too Much (6x22), Dean wears this for the entire episode, except when he is worrying over Sam in the panic room. When he leaves the gun and the note for Sam, however, he has put it back on, since he is just about to leave.
In Meet the New Boss (7x01), Dean is still wearing the jacket in the continuation of the scene in Crowley’s lab, until that scene’s conclusion.
In The Mentalists (7x07), Dean wears this coat at the beginning of the episode, when he steals the Dodge. He wears a suit for most of his time in Lily Dale, but wears this jacket again when he and Sam go to the graveyard and burn the wrong sister’s bones. When they return during the day to dig up the correct sister, Dean doesn’t have the jacket on when they are digging, but wears it out of the cemetery once they discover the bones are missing. He wears it until the job is finished.
In The Slice Girls (7x13), Dean wears this jacket at the beginning of the episode when he and Sam travel to the job, and then at the end of the episode when he and Sam go to Amazon headquarters only to find it empty and then leave town.
In The Girl with the Dungeons and Dragons Tattoo (7x20), Dean wears this coat for the entire episode, except for the very beginning when he is inside Rufus’ cabin - he puts on the coat once they decide to go to Chicago though.
In Hunteri Heroici (8x08), Dean wears this coat for the entire episode, except when he is wearing a suit or dress shirt - so, in the end, he wears it for the opening scene at the gas station and then continuously after the cake explodes at the retirement home.
