--a fascinating device.

[Nouhime hums softly clearly fascinated, turning the phone over in her hands, perfectly aware that she's being recorded. She had seen how it worked from calls others had made. It was just that now she had to get used to it.]

You can all see me, correct? Very well. You will address me as Nouhime. I am the bride of Oda Nobunaga ( Read more... )

[Not everyone is incompetent, nope! IN fact a lot of them there were quite well rounded individuals.. ...Wonderweiss not being one of them. This one's about as slow as molasses in January during a snow storm. ...Or February.

The things in her hair is what he wants to see more of and he's figured out enough to know that if he wants that, he has to make her do more things on the system. Easiest way to do this? Reply back.

And that's just what he's doing, only it's mostly looking into the screen, trying to figure out if it's sending or not.]

[She sees you, Wonderweiss. She doesn't look amused, though. What a horrid, sickly looking child. She has no use for it.]

If you have something to say, speak quickly.

[Oop~ There's what he wanted to see again, all new footage. Nice.]

haauh-?

[He goes from interested to what may just be off-hand offended by being given such an authoritative line-- not while Aizen's here. Can keep her awesome shiny hair accessory, he'll go find something fun elsewhere.]

[Nouhime cares not if Wonderweiss is offended. She continues to watch him, however, growing more annoyed. It's clear the conversation, if it can be called that, won't last much longer.]

Speak up, child. Or can you talk at all?

[Hey, the first video call he's responded to! Nouhime will get to see Monkey peering at his phone while he's fairly covered in blankets. To say he looks unimpressed is an understatement.]

Yeah, yeah, I'm sure you're really important back where you're from. Hate to say it, but that doesn't mean too much here, wherever 'here' is. But, all I can really tell you is this place is called Bell Pointe and it's been snowing for days.

Sorry to disappoint, but that was not my intention. I know where I stand here. I only wished to see if any of my acquaintances were here as well. Surely, you understand.

[She's playing polite now. Her call was definitely to see if her name would elicit a response.]

Introduce yourself, then.

[She got a response, one way or the other.] Fair enough.

I don't have a name, so call me Monkey.

[She almost sounds pleased. Calling someone an animal, in comparison to her, comes almost naturally. She will call him "monkey", not "Monkey".]

Very well, Monkey. Have you any information for me, then? I would like to know more about this place.

No, not all of us are incompetent. Your current location is called Bellpointe, and it's a creepy town if you ask me. Good luck in getting out of here, because we've tried.

It relieves me to no end to hear that. Fortunately, I have no interest in leaving. I only have interest in this town itself.

Interesting. Why the hell would you want to stay here in this dump?

I will go where I am needed in time. I have no doubts.

[Humans are so strange, they were... entertaining. And they attracted Apollo's attention quite easily. However, that didn't stop Hades' attention from being drawn. The woman's name was different. The other names listed he cared not for. And her words... well, he just smiled.]

Wouldn't you yourself be considered incompetent by others? So whom gave you the right to judge others as you see fit?

[She has no need to say why she's not incompetent. She can hardly blame herself for not understanding Western technology, after all! But this man still annoys her.]

You will find I am far from it, and that I have always held that right, just as you have the right to insult me openly. If you have nothing useful to say, please quiet yourself.

[That smile just seems to widen now. Yes, this one shall be entertaining.]

I was not insulting you, just stating a fact. However... information is not out of reach, but so close that any fly could perch on it and forget it exists.

Enough riddles. It is only fair to give your name in return, is it not? I suggest doing so. Now.

[Don't think that for one second she isn't thinking of his strange appearance. She thinks she's met a demon.]
