The other thing I know about that guy and I'm a little disappointed no one else has considered it, it's not as if hate ate bodily organs for no reason. There was a purpose to it, as if it was in response to our black out. He has to be involved in something occult.

I do not know much of occult, just what have read.

We do not know much about him, but I am certain that if we compile information somewhere, we can paint a clearer picture of him and figure out what he has been trying to do. As others have probably said, he is strong, does not care about the well being of others, might have something to do with the occult, and is responsible for a number of things.

I also believe he is the one who kidnapped some of our own earlier last month and greatly harmed them, despite their strength.

I am not sure where you might find a place suitable for a workshop, but I would wait until things are drier before working with electrical equipment.

As for the cat, who knows?
