Hitting those "walking time bombs" wouldn't be such a chore if I could see the bloody things coming, but they're relatively slow, and my saber does more than just slash, so I consider myself rather lucky. From the looks of it, yes. Something strong, unless you've got a monster pitching arm, then anything you can hurl is just fine.
