I know I probably was the source of more than my share of those "immature remarks from the field" but it wasn't because of any disrespect for the pit- it was a general "play in time because you're so off and I'm about to shoot myself in the face unless you can learn to play a straight beat on a cowbell" kind of deal.

And just so you know, I like you AND respect you. There are other members of the pit well... not so much. But I actually have a great deal of respect for the endless hard work you're put in to try to get your section to care.

Just please cowbell/timbale boy... play in time (a prayer not a criticism).
