Off shore drilling near our coast line!

 Everyone needs to help participate in stopping Gov.Bush considering offshore drilling. With the rise of oil in our economy , a lot of Floridians want to build oil rigs off the west coast and east coast, near our beaches and the Florida Keys .Now, 5 years ago Bush said no to the idea of having offshore drilling , but after the two last hurricanes

ya I know , but I truly did'nt vote for him because he was Bush, I voted because I lean more to the Republican side in some issues then the Democrats.I've learned the truth about him in my books, and I think he makes stupid decisions,I do feel guilty for voting for him because he is'nt really doing anything positive ,but I dont really think that if someone else was in his place that there would have been a big difference in some issues,but either way CEO's and Oil companies and other large corporations still have influence over congress and our government.I would just like to see a Green party candidate win the Presidency.

Yeah, the two party system sucks. We definately need some sort of reform when it comes to our elections. I am really hoping that maybe the media will help the little guys out one day, but I know it will never happen. =(

I agree , but with the way the media works and the way our society is glued to it , I doubt that it would happen any time soon.Plus if there was a reform you know what the media and the government would say " These protesters were part of a socialist group and we found them trying to bomb the white house"haha I hate our country.=(
