manga :: Lisa Kleypas - The Wallflowers Series (covers)

I finally got my copies ^_^

I may do a little review on the mangas if anyone is interested - but sorry, no full scans, I want to keep these books - so no ripping to scan - they were expensive enough - but I might scan a few pages here and there if the drawings inspire me to share.

I want to know more about those novels, the summary is like Wallflower? It's a serie or a group of novels?

Basically these Victorian romance novels adapted to manga form.

I actually discovered the series on amazon when I was buying my favorite 'Wallflower' series and decided they sounded like a fun read, and they are! well, if you like period romances ^_^

but, they are nothing like YamaNade - no dark gothic horror themes or crazy comedy.

Thanks a lot, I didn't saw this post so I'll read it, I like period romances, I told my husband that now I only want to read something sweet, life isn't always easy so I want to have a good moments reading sweet novels, books or mangas. ^_^

I have tended to do that too, more light reading - comedies, romances, mysteries - they are fun and undemanding... I used to be such a book snob, lol
