Wow, I enjoyed this immensely. Nice version of Babel in this universe, particularly good characterization, and including several POVs as a bonus! :) I had to laugh on Jim's behalf because he was so... silly over having his mother on *his* ship, poking into things (and then worrying about her relationship with Sarek to boot!). Classic.

Thanks so much for this piece!

Aww, awesome! :D I'm so glad to hear it. ^^

Jim is terribly silly, isn't he? He just has his things, I think, and his mum is one of them. Like the chip on his shoulder come to life! Or something.

Anyway yes. I'm stoked you enjoyed it and the POVs and just-- everything. Rockin'~

This was really well done. I love the character's voices, all were spot on. The scene between Sarek and Spock was just subtlely emotional enough to be heartwarming without breaking Vulcan custom. And the scene at the end was just as good. Thanks for the ride.

Thank you so much! I'm thrilled you enjoyed it and the characterization felt well-done.

I really liked in the original Babel how Spock and Sarek sort of buried the hatchet using Amanda. So this was kind of my homage to that, you know?

Anyway, I'm glad it worked. I'm glad all the family stuff worked. :D It was fun for me and I'm happy it was fun for you, too!
