As soon as I log on I get forced into a full screen ad that says it will return me to my LJ experience as soon as it ends?

I don't like it either. However, if you are not going to pay for an account, how do you expect them to generate revenue to fund the maintenance of the site?

With less annoying ads. I don't mind ads, but to block out the whole page in an attempt force you to watch an ad....nope!

yeah, it's pretty annoying, though i discovered if you immediately hit refresh it'll go away (well, it'll reload and this time without the ad).
