I have baaad sleeping habits indeed. I've always been a night lover, I usually never go bed before 1.00/1.30 on working days. Lately I'm getting worst, I've spent the last 3 nights making to bed around 6.00. last night I went to sleep at 7.15 am. god, I'm sick.
