We all knew that leaving Spike with Dana was a Bad Idea. (TM)

It's really an accident of synchronicity that both my WIPs have Spike at his absolute lowest at the same time, so I apologize to those who are reading both.

Also - action from Dana's POV? eeek!

Buffy better get her arse back in there and fix the mess SHE made (the words channeled through Dana AND especially the thoughtlessness of leaving him alone with a crazed Slayer who has already cut his arms off once!). Poor Spike. I hope Buffy finds out the whole of what went down there...every word and action.

How could he be faulted for thinking Buffy was off in cuddleville with her precious "twu wuv" Angel....that's what she did the night before she took Spike to his death with a last minute ILY. Grrrrrrrrrrr. Can't blame Dana, she's not wrapped tightly but Buffy should have been more protective of the vamp she supposedly loves.

now now dear, Buffy just thought Spike was strong enough to take care of himself. (And a little too dazed to be thinking clearly right then.)

Poor Spikey. His insecurity defeats him more readily than any opponent! Hang on for the next section!

Hurry,Buffy. What could you have been thnking of to leave Spike with Dana while you tarry with Angel?
Thoughtless and stupid are terms that come to mind. Meanwhile Spike has been beaten by memories of your cruel words.
