If he was born in Northern Ireland, he's not a native of the Republic of Ireland. The Internet says so! That being the case, how can he stand for President? Or is there no requirement of nativity there?

We get dual nationality, due to the republic's constitutional claim on the North - I have a an Irish passport ;)
