There are great many good blogs out there, but my favorite one comes from a rather unlikely source. It's a blog by a synthetic organic chemist. And I heartily disliked organic chemistry for most of the time I had to deal with it... it's the stereochemistry which is fatal to those of us with no visual imagination whatsoever
