[Thanks to the help of Emeraude and Kresnik, Shinju was safely moved to the hospital to recover from his injuries. He's doing well, as Kresnik healed most of the gashes, and the antidote is working just fine. Unfortunately, there's something other than his injuries that desperately needs treatment...

[Once the Shades informed him that Shinju is now available for visiting, Kresnik left the waiting area and walked into the boy's room]

....How are you feeling? The poison was taken out of you, correct?

...I'm alright. And yeah, they were able to make an antidote pretty quickly.

[the moment she heard he was awake and in need of company, she was at the door. Rapping quietly, she toys with a loose lock of her hair.]

*At realizing it's her, the corners of his mouth briefly turn up, but he still looks tired--he's more distressed over what happened, now that he knows what he was fighting.*
