Your welcome! We just pretend it's calorie free. After all it's comfort food and comfort food never has any calories. XD

I'd fail at this because the chocolate pudding wouldn't last long enough to go into the mix XD

You know, I've never seen heavy cream here. I wanted to get some and shake it to experiment making butter but...we only have half and half cream as far as I've looked.

This made me hungry coz of the pudding, but not otherwise, only because I'm not a big fan of coconut anything...and am not familiar with rum. ^_~

*smirks* You are so cute! Half and half would work the same, since it is half heavy cream and half milk. Heavy cream has a fat content of 30 to 66% depending on what you need it for. I use it to make cream bases for soups, sauces, and baking. Whipped up it makes yummy frosting.

You wouldn't need to make it coconut if you didn't want too. The liquor store has plain white rum or dark rum and could be substituted for the coconut unless you want to go crazy and get the pineapple, apple, chocolate or raspberry rum. They are all good by the way. But to explain rum, it is a distilled liquor that is made of processed sugar cane so it is very sweet in certain brands and mildly sweet in others. I'm not sure if it's popular in Canada but if you saw the movie Pirates of the Caribbean they talk about it in there a lot. You could just use the recipe for pudding cake and leave out the rum but use a bit more butter to make up for the lack of it.
