 Made stuffed chicken breast with onions, mushrooms, and tarragon for dinner. Everyone loved it but now they're stuffed to the gills. And since I teamed it up with rice and green beans it was even more filling. XD Happy St. Patty's Day Flist.

You take a normal chicken breast and very carefully slice it in half then place it in between two pieces of plastic wrap and smash the hell out of it with a mallet or a frying pan until it's a 1 cm thick. Saute some yummy veggies, cheeses and herbs and add as many spices as you want then spread them on the now flattened chicken breast and roll it up and secure it with toothpicks, cover them with some herb gravy and bake on 350 degrees F for 40 minutes and it turns heads and taste buds. XD
