It's fairly easy to get the jist of it because many of the words that happen to be used in there are fairly close to english words with similar meanings, BUT that spanish is pretty tough at the same time. I read it and understood about 90% of it, but I still had Karla help me with some shit. Also lots of what I DID understand had an even deeper meaning than what I could get with only my spanish skills, so it was cool to hear Karla explain what some of those seemingly simple words meant in more depth.

P.S. I so want to be more fluent. Being pseudo-bilingual owns me, but being better would be so sick.

My spanish is weak and flabby after years (about eighteen) of little or no practice. I could probably figure most of it out if I had a dictionary on hand, but I'd have to look up a lot of it.
