no joke, darling. now that i think about it, i think i've heard anthrax and post office in the news some time this week. i asked around,and i've learned that apparently the joke was just meant for the main post office. which just happens to be the one in manila. damn. ok naman na daw so they're starting to distribute the letters and packages na. sa wakas!! haha
