I usually enjoy the company of friends. Although anything that isn’t taken in moderation gets to be lethal. I do not enjoy being woken up at all hours of the night with a drunken man stumbling into my home wanting to make pepperoni pizza. I have all the reasons in the world to be aggravated right now. Dionysus, you can publicly state your ( Read more... )

Your friend seems like he is spiraling out of control. Has this happened before?

I would recommend getting him some help as soon as possible, if he'll accept it. If not, there's not much else you can do for him besides kicking him out. Sometimes a taste of reality is all someone needs.

As for yourself, if you ever have a few free minutes during your shifts, I am at the hospital once a week to see my patients. I can certainly make some time for you if you ever feel the need to talk, free of charge. Most medical students begin to feel this way after their residencies, so what you're experiencing is not uncommon. Usually talking to someone about it helps relax the mind.

He wouldn’t be the one defining his actions like that… He has done this quite a few times, and each time I find myself more worried and more disappointed.

Perhaps you’re right.

Thank you very much for the consideration. I had a feeling this had something to do with experiences that I’m not used to yet. I’ll stop by the next time I have a chance and you’re not busy. Again, thank you.

Cheer up, gov'nor. She didn't die, because you and your crew were there to save her. You should feel proud.

Hmm... I guess it's the fact that we almost lost her that has been bothering me. I can't feel proud about not being one hundred percent correct.

Nobody's perfect.

Now stop making me feel bad for you. It's making me sound like a jackass.

Wow, you are cranky. I had a feeling.

You know what? I figured as much. Dion owes me for what he took out of my fridge anyway. I'll make damn sure of it. There was no damage, I just want my drinks back.

Erm. You can sleep on the couch if you need to? I can set up pillows for you...?

Don't let it make you cranky, though. ♥

That's good. Do you think I'm worrying about him too much?

Anyway, couch is fine.

No worries. I won't. I was just starting to wonder what was up. I had a feeling it might have something to do with what you're doing. It is pretty intense after all.

To be honest with you, I think you are. The man needs to learn how to deal with things on his own, like paying bills. If he can't afford it, he needs to go out, get a job and support himself. He's been relying on you too much for your own good, and he seems to think that it's okay to barge into my apartment at 3 in the morning and take my food.

You're the only one who's allowed to do that.

I'll set it up nice and cozy for you. Just because you're this stressed. I just bought some really nice pillows that your head sinks into the moment you lie down on them. They're real nice.

I know your right. I'm going to talk to him, but as many times as I try to tell him that he needs to do things on his own, he doesn't. It's been all these years of watching out for him.

Thanks, Temy. I really appreciate it. Squishy pillows and raiding your place and playing with the pups is all I need. ♥ I love you~
