Dreamwidth just lost an entire draft post.  :(  Bother.  To be fair, it may be related to the internet being out of commission for half the day, and not DW's fault at all.

As best I can remember it included talk of:

Doctor Who, Season 18, State of Decay.  I thought the plot was too much of a rehash of the old Sevateem idea (which was a good idea

I would love to see Tam Can, in spite of the ominous bowl of stew. Yay for Shakespeare words, too! (And pulses--always pulses ^_^)

:D Yes, it was great to catch up on this version of the story (slipper and all, and ominous stew notwithstanding). I didn't think I could actually recommend the movie because its CGI were surprisingly rushed-looking, and because the acting of the Wicked Stepsister was not very good at all*. I loved the basic bones (oh dear) of the story, though.

I thought the least I could do for IYPulses was to be conscious of eating them for the year. :) Be reassured - it'll stop eventually!

*or 'was very stylised in a style I'm not acculturated to' - take your pick. I had something of the same problem at the theatre recently, with the portrayal of a Delightful Young Woman.
