Climbing and Easter!!

Yummy muffins! And, oh, the tulips are lovely.

The muffins were nice. It was a bit of an experiment: I was using a cake mix and didn't want to make a cake, so I decided to make muffins instead! They were very appreciated after climbing!

The tulips were a surprise, because we hadn't planted them, and they just came up. I guess the previous owners had planted them. They're a beautiful colour. My photos aren't that great because it was windy when I took them and I didn't have enough hands to keep the plants steady!

I made muffins last night too, but the mix was too dry. However, this only resulted in rather mis-shapen muffins with crispy tops, which is actually quite nice. My flavourings this time were raspberry yoghurt, cinnamon and nutmeg, which worked very well actually.

Sounds yummy. Mine were chocolate orange simply because that the was flavour of the mix!

Sam is a guy that I was at school with and we were both members of the school's climbing club. He lives in Edinburgh now (he went to uni there), so it's pretty easy for him to come across with rosenchanted.
