So guess who managed to burn the soles of her feet this morning? By leaving home barefoot early and not realising the pavements would be that hot by the time she'd be on her way home again? No really, guess. Three guesses, first two don't count.

... I think I need to go stick my feet in cold water again. Just posting fic 6/7 first.

And yeah, I think she does. But then, I think that's actually good for Chiaki, since it keeps him on his toes and won't let him become too self-involved and miserable. Anyone else would have given up on him too, like Saiko did. I should just have called this "Why I ship them" instead, shouldn't I? ;)

I do all the time, actually, only usually I can avoid the streets and take smaller roads and shortcuts over grass instead, so... Didn't realise I couldn't today. This isn't helping, is it? XD
