No2 son's teacher is on strike- so today he has been in the woods. Finding things.

So far- old style milk bottle (intact) a broken tile, a complete door handle etc assembly (with relatively early green plastic doorknobs) some potsherds and a quoit. A proper, iron quoit.

I dread what will be coming home next.

Scouring the world for interesting stuff is a great thing for kids to do. I loved doing that, and bringing home my interesting finds.
