Montreal should be a nice place to be. Great nature, but I hear it's very cold.

Friends that had been at IC as students have had good experiences in general. I expect salary and so on must be part of your considerations, though for me the major thing would be either to be working with the Right People or having Major Career Opportunities.

Can't help much more, I guess. What is the field of research?

He lives in Montréal but is currently in London.

I'd love it if you could stay here - we've lost enough mudders already!
