2011 Reading List

2011 was a really slow reading-year for me. I only managed 52 books which, now that I think about it, is rather a neat number for a year's worth of reading. Still, I must do better this year!

Hmmmmm, a couple of these I've never heard of but I will be checking them out.
Suggested reading? More Kate Atkinson (Human Croquet, Case Histories, Behind the Scenes at The Museum) and I highly recommend 'What Alice Knew' by Paula Marantz Cohen.

I've read all the Kate Atkinsons already - they are really great, aren't they? I'll look into What Alice Knew - thanks for the recommendation! :)

I just commented to Michelle's poll that I don't read nearly as much good stuff as I should. Will you be posting a list of what you plan to read?

I don't really plan - 2 books per month are dictated by book group choices, so I definitely don't know those in advance. Right now I'm finishing 'Freedom' by Jonathan Franzen which will be my first 2012 book. But beyond that, your guess is as good as mine!
