You captured the angst and sadness of Lexie perfectly. I'm so upset with what Shonda is doing to both of them on the show and I hope that they can reconcile a bit like in this fic.

Glad you enjoyed it. I think Lexie's sadness is so profound, mostly because Mark really was her best friend. She doesn't seem to have anyone else. (Meredith sure, but they're not exactly close). Ugh...what happened to Mark/Lexie is just so tragic!

I just need there to be Mark/Lexie interaction. I really don't want them to sweep this under the rug. Even if other people don't like the pairing, it was an important relationship to both characters.

Yes, I just need Mark/Lexie interactions....I don't want them to forget about Mark/Lexie and just move on. The thought's too depressing to even consider.
So, I'll live here in denial and we can continue to write Lexie/Mark fic in order to salvage this amazing relationship!
