Reluctance is his strong point, and he’s finding it difficult to remember why he didn’t go after her, why he stayed. He’s afraid of getting hurt again, that much is true. This is great. I love how the story progresses with the different POV's and the writing is spot-on. I totally saw Rebecca in the kitchen delivering that line. :D

I really liked the different point of views, they were in-character and moved the story along nicely.

This was really great. You really have the characters down. Especially Ashleigh and Rebecca. Their little exchange was spot on.
